Stride & Glide for IndependenceFirst
Stride & Glide for IndependenceFirst is an annual event that raises money and awareness for IndependenceFirst's programs and services for people with disabilities.
On March 3, 2013, Stride & Glide for IndepedenceFirst brought the community together for a day of fun and fitness at the Milwaukee County Zoo. Dedicated runners and walkers enjoyed the brisk, sunny morning, kids participated in activities like face painting and a performance by Kohl's Wild Theater, and everyone got up and moving for "Zumba at the Zoo"!
Many thanks to the participants, volunteers, and sponsors that made Stride & Glide 2013 such a success. We look forward to seeing you again next year!
